Action
On the main menu navigate to the 'Reprint
Receipt' option and press the touch screen
or key�
Select the "Search Receipt" option to look for
older transactions (up to 14 days)�
Select By "RRN" to search for a specific
transaction with its Receipt Retrieval Number�
Terminal shall prompt "Receipt Not Found" with
an invalid RRN entry�
A copy of the financial receipt shall be printed.
The receipt will clearly state it is a
'DUPLICATE RECEIPT'�
