Text
POWER The terminal has
FAILURE experienced a power
failure�
CARD The cardholder has
REMOVED prematurely removed
the card�
CHIP The EMV chip card has
DECLINED declined the transaction
offline.

ISSUER
COMMS The terminal has
ERROR experienced a
communication error and
therefore was unable to
complete the transaction�
Action To Be Taken
Ensure terminal is not low
on charge�
Retry transaction and
advise cardholder to
leave card in terminal
until prompted by
terminal to remove card�
Contact the issuer or seek
another form of tender�
Check terminal has
connectivity�
Check the signal strength
status icon on terminal
if connectivity is
WiFi/GPRS�
Retry transaction�
