Default settings of the web server
The web server is activated per default in the configuration.

1. Deselect the "Activate the Web server" checkbox.
2. Apply the settings. To do so, click "OK". This closes the configuration dialog.
Restricting web server access to a secure connection
In its default configuration, the web server can access the converter in two different ways:
● Via a non-encrypted HTTP connection

Using non-encrypted connections (HTTP)
When using the HTTP protocol, the login data is also transferred unencrypted. This makes it
easier for attackers to steal your password information. Unauthorized personnel tampering
with the data can lead to damage.
Limit access to secure connections so that all data is transferred encrypted.
You can limit access of the web server to the secure HTTPS connection.
