Reconnect spark plug wire to spark plug.

AIR FILTER

CAUTION: Your engine will not run properly and may
be damaged by using a dirty air filter. Check the air filter
before each use and change every season. Service air
cleaner more often under dusty conditions.
TO CLEAN AIR FILTER
1.
Remove screwstem and air filter cover.
2.
Remove the elements, keeping all dust and foreign
matter away from the air cleaner.
3.
Check, clean or replace damage or extremely dirty
parts as needed.
CAUTION: Petroleum solvents, such as ker o sene,
are not to be used to clean element. They may cause
de te ri o ra tion of the element. Do not oil element. Do not
use pres sur ized air to clean or dry element. Never run the
engine without an air filter. Severe damage may result.
4.
Install all parts, then replace cover.
Warranty repairs must be performed by an authorized
engine man u fac tur er's Service Center. Tampering with,
removing or altering of any part of the intake, fuel or ex-
haust system, or emission control system may increase
emissions beyond the legal limit and void your warranty.

HIGH ALTITUDE ADJUSTMENT

Your engine may not run properly or remain emissions
compliant when operating at altitudes above 900 meters
(3,000 feet). Contact an authorized engine man u fac-
tur er's Service Center for installation of the high altitude
service kit.
CAUTION: Operating your engine at altitudes below
900 meters (3,000 feet) with the high altitude service kit
installed will damage the engine and void your warranty.
