STATUS (;ODE 23- PRESSURE SWITCH DID NOT OPEN

STATUS (;ODE 2 4- SECONDARY VOLTAGE FUSE I SOPEN
Check forshort circuit insecondary voltage (24VAC) wiring.
STATUS (;ODE 25 - INVALID MODEL S ELECTION OR
SETUP ERROR
Indicates either the model plug ismissing orincorrect. If code
flashes 4 times onpower-up, control is defaulting tomodel
selection stored inmemory. Check forproper model plug number
and resistance values per w iring diagram.
STATUS CODE 3 1- HIGH-HEAT PRESSURE SWITCH OR
RELAY D ID NOT CLOSE OR REOPENED
Control relay m ay bedefective. If open l onger than f iveminutes,
inducer shuts offfor15 minutes before retry. Ifopens during blower
on-delay period, blower will come o nfortheselected blower
off-delay. Check f orexcessive wind, r estricted vent. d efective
inducer motor, defective pressure switch, lower i nducer voltage
(230VAC), inadequate combustion airsupply, disconnected or
obstructed pressure tubing, orlow inlet gas p ressure (ifLGPS u sed).
STATUS (;ODE 33-
LIMIT CIRCUIT FAULT
Indicates a limit or flame rollout switch is open. Blower will run for
4 minutes or until open switch remakes, whichever is longer. If open
longer than 3 minutes, code changes to lockout 13. If open less than
3 minutes status code 33 continues to flash until blower shuts off.
Flame rollout switch requires manual reset. Check for loose blower
wheel, restricted vent. excessive wind, dirty filter or restricted duct
system, defective switch or connections, or inadequate combustion
air supply (flame roll-out switch open).
STATUS CODE 34 - IGNITION PROVING FAILURE
Control will try three more times before lockout 14 occurs. If flame
signal lost during blower on-delay period, blower will come on for
the selected blower off-delay. Check for oxide buildup on flame
sensor (clean with fine steel wool), proper flame sense microamps
(.5 microamps D.C. min., 4.0-6.0 nominal), manual valve shut-off,
low inlet gas pressure, control ground continuity, gas valve
defective or turned off, flame sensor must not be grounded,
inadequate flame carryover or rough ignition, or green/yellow wire
must be connected to unit sheet metal.
STATUS CODE 41 - BLOWER MOTOR FAULT
Indicates the blower failed to reach 250RPM or the blower failed to
communicate within the prescribed time limits. Thirty seconds after
being turned ON or ten seconds during steady-state operation.
STATUS CODE 45 - CONTROL CIRCUITRY LOCKOUT
Auto reset after one hour lockout due to gas valve relay stuck open,
flame sense circuit failure, or software check error. Reset power to
clear lockout. Replace control if status code repeats.
Step 5--Indoor Airflow and Airflow- Adjustnmnts
UNIT OPERATION HAZARD
Failure to follow this caution may result in unit damage.
For cooling operation, the recommended airflow is 350 to 450
cfm for each 12,000 Btuh of rated cooling capacity. For
heating operation, the airflow nmst produce a temperature rise
that falls within the range stamped on the unit rating plate.
Table 5 shows the temperature rise in each heating mode. Refer to
these tables to detennine the desired heating airflow for the system
being installed.
NOTE: Be sure that all supply-and return-air grilles are open, free
from obstructions, and adjusted properly.Airflow can be changed
using the User Interface.
