FTP Commands

List of FTP commands

Notifies the FTP server of file transfer without conversion.
binary
Disconnects the line to the FTP server and terminates the
bye
session.
close
Disconnects the line to the FTP server.
delete
Deletes a file in the CPU module.
dir
Displays file information of the CPU module.
get
Reads a file from the CPU module.
ls
Displays file names of the files stored in the CPU module.
mdelete
Deletes file(s) stored in the CPU module.
mdir
Stores file information of the CPU module into a file.
mget
Reads file(s) from the CPU module.
mls
Stores CPU module's file names into a file.
mput
Writes file(s) to the CPU module.
open
Connects to the FTP server.
put
Writes a file to the CPU module.
pwd
Displays the current directory of the CPU module.
Disconnects the line to the FTP server and terimnates the
quit
connection.
quote
Sends an FTP server subcommand.
rename
Changes a CPU module file name.
user
Inputs the user name and password of the CPU module.

dialog box.

This command is set automatically in the CPU module. Therefore, a file transfer is coded in binary regardless of the
