D m+6 Input start address (data from Slave PLC to Master)
Indicates the start address in the area indicated in D m+5, from
which the PROFIBUS input data will be read.
The value is provided by the PROFIBUS master's Set_Prm
telegram, and indicated in D m+6 after both the Set_Prm and
Chk_Cfg telegrams have been accepted.
The indication is only valid in case the input area code is une-
qual to 00.
The start address is indicated as a hexadecimal value in the
range 0000-7FFF (i.e. 0-32767 decimal).

D m+7 Input data length (data from Slave PLC to Master)
The value indicates the size of the area from which the
PROFIBUS input data will be read.
The value is provided by the PROFIBUS master's
Chk_Cfg telegram, and indicated in D m+7 after both the
Set_Prm and Chk_Cfg telegrams have been accepted.
The indication is only valid in case the input area code is
unequal to 00.
The length (in words) is indicated as a hexadecimal value in
the range 0000-0064 (i.e. 0-100 decimal).
