When you are recording a
gram in the AUTO mode and the remaining tape
becomes shorter than the recording time, the tape speed is automatically changed to
the EP mode. Note that some noise wili appear on the picture when the tape speed is
changed. If you want to keep the tape speed, select SP. To operate this function, set
"'Fape Length" in "VIDEO FUNCTlON SETUP" menu correctly (page 84).

If your TV is connected 10 the VCR using A/V connections, set the TQ to the
'N's antenna input; if nor, skip this step.
Select another channel on the TV.

Press SELECT DVD to control the DVD player.

-Reset the counter (page 36).
-Display tape informatior~ on rhe TV screen (page 38).
