Solution

Insufficient hardware resources might be caused by insufficient Counter, Meter, or ACL resources.
To resolve the problem:
1. Verify that the number of ACL rules to be applied is no more than the number of remaining
resources:
Execute the display acl resource command to display the ACL resource usage. In IRF mode, if the
ACL is applied globally (for example, to a VLAN), identify the remaining ACL resources on all IRF
devices.
