Adjusting the basic position of the foot brake lever

If there is no free travel on the foot brake lever, pressure builds up on the rear brake circuit. The rear brake can fail due to
overheating. Adjust the free travel on foot brake lever according to specifications.

Checking the rear brake fluid level
Warning
Danger of accidents Brake system failure.

If the brake fluid level drops below the specified marking or the specified value, this is an indication that the brake sys-
tem is leaking or that the brake linings are completely worn down. Check the brake system and do not continue riding.
