Installing the lower triple clamp

Main work
–
Open cable holder

Remove screw
handlebar and set it aside.
Info
Cover the components to protect them against damage.
Do not bend the cables and lines.

Remove O-ring

Take off the lower triple clamp with the steering stem.

Remove the upper steering head bearing.

Main work
–
Clean the bearing and sealing elements, check for damage, and grease.
High viscosity grease (

Position the lower triple clamp with the steering stem. Mount the upper steering
head bearing.

Check whether the upper steering head seal
–
Mount protective ring

Position the upper triple clamp with the handlebar.
–
Mount screw
–
Position the clutch line next to the voltage regulator.
