Use caution when removing the transducer. Use a back-up
wrench to secure the fitting while removing and installing the
pressure transducer. Be sure to loop cable and secure with a
wire tie to create a strain relief as shown in Fig. 48 on page 40.
Care should be exercised while removing any device, pres-
sure sensing device or cap from an access fitting. Refriger-
ant system is under pressure. Be sure to use proper personal
protection equipment to guard against accidental exposure
to refrigerant.
Temperature Relief Devices —
perature relief devices to protect against damage from exces-
sive pressures caused by extreme high temperatures (i.e., fire).
These devices protect the high and low side and are installed in
the liquid line between the condenser coils and the liquid line
service valve.
Several styles of thermistors are used in

mation on each thermistor. Thermistor connections are made
to both the MBB and AUX Board. See Fig. 184 and 185.
