3. Description of the appliance

The FWS 27 station is a microprocessor
controlled water heating union. The station
is constructed from a fresh water station
with a metal heat exchanger and a inte-
grated direct water heater. The station is
constructed for centralised and decen-
tralised water supply for one or more tap
connections. In the case of the hot water
demand and tapping, the fresh water unit
transfer only the required heat energy from
the buffer tank to the hot water piping as set
on the temperature panel of the direct
water unit.
Only in the case of insufficient temperature level in the buffer
tank the direct water unit is heating up the water to the required
temperature level. In this case the fresh water unit transfer the
available temperature level to the direct water unit, thus
electronic control device regulates the power consumption
depending on the selected outlet temperature.
The required outlet temperature can be entered on a keybad
within a range between 30°C and 60°C and can be read off the
digital display.
The FWS 27 is especially assigned for solar and heat pump
application, for efficient, hygienic and comfort like hot water
heating. Due to the demand oriented hot water heating device
the need for high temperature levels is absolete. The inefficient
preheating of buffer tanks is not necesarry anymore.

4. Cleaning and maintenance

• Plastic surfaces and fittings should only be wiped a damp
cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• For a good water supply, the outlet fittings (jet regulators
and shower heads) should be unscrewed and cleaned at
regular intervals.
• Every three years, the electrical and plumbing components
should be inspected by a authorised professional in order to
ensure proper functioning and operational safety at all
times.

5. How to use

5.1 Temperature setting

5.2 Information buttons
By pressing one of the four information buttons the
temperature levels can be seen:
• actual cold water inlet temperature (A1)
• the inlet temperature from the buffer tank (B1)
• the outlet temperature from the fresh water unit (C1)
• the hot water outlet temperature (D1)

5.3 Service-menu

The service menu offers a variety of display values, that
provide information on various parameters of the FWS 27
station. the values can be displayed only.

„service-menu". Using the arrow keys
over to the individual display information.

As soon as you open the hot water
tap, the FWS 27 Fresh water station
switches on automatically. When the
tap is closed, the appliance automa-
tically switches off.
You can set the required temperature
gradually to a lower or higher value with
the arrow keys and

for a longer time changes the tempera-
ture continuosly. You can select the
outlet temperature from 30°C to 60°C.
