Information/Alarms
5.6.26 Access. x pump out of order (B)
Function: The SSM signal from the circulation pump
connected to the stated accessory is broken.
Heat pump: E21.
B Check that the pump works.
B Check the connections to the pump.
5.6.27 Operating error pump G1 (B)
Function: Activated when the signal from the circulation
pump has stopped. Other G1 pumps work. In the control
unit Settings E11.G1\Alarm (Installer level ) must be set
to Oper. reply or SSM in order for the alarm to occur.
Heat pump: E21.
B Check voltage and safety switches.
B Check the circulation pump's display/alarm indicator
if there is one.
B Check the control signal to G1 and the SSM signal
from G1.
5.6.28 Compressor alarm
Function: The compressor is stopped. E21: Additional
heat permitted to start.
Heat pump: All.
B Check the compressor's miniature circuit breaker and
motor cut-out.
5.6.29 High temperature T10 (B)
High temperature T11 (B)
Function: The compressor is stopped. E21: Additional
heat permitted to start. Activated when the sensor
shows more than 30 °C. To restart, the temperature
must fall below 29 °C.
Heat pump: All.
B Check if it is possible that the collector circuit fluid
can be more than 30 °C.
B Check that the sensor shows correct temperature,
compare with resistance table.
B Chill the collector circuit fluid so that the compressor
is permitted to start.
5.6.30 Output in wrong pos after function test (C)
Function: After function test not all outputs are in
operating mode Auto. Starting the compressor means
that the circulation pumps G2 and G3 start,
temperatures and pressostats are checked on the
condition that no safety functions are active. When a
safety function is activated all outputs are reset to Auto.
Heat pump: All.

5.6.31 Hot water in emerg. oper. (C)
Hot water sensor T3 is not functioning and the heat
pump has switched to producing hot water according to
the emergency operation routine (
page 20). Emergency operation continues until the
sensor functions again or the function is deactivated
under Hot water.
Heat pump: Heat pump with T3 as local sensor.
5.6.32 High temperature T1 flow (C)
Function: T1 shows more than 10 K above the set point
value for more than 30 min. The values can be set under
Room temperature\Deviation E11.T1 on Installer level.
Heat pump: E21.
B Check that the sensor shows the correct temperature
and is correctly installed.
B Check that the compressor and additional heat are
inactive.
B Check that no other heat sources are active.
5.6.33 Low temperature T1 flow (C)
Function: T1 shows more than 10 K below the set point
value for more than 30 min. The values can be set under
Room temperature\Deviation E11.T1 on Installer level.
Heat pump: E21.
B Check that the sensor shows the correct temperature
and is correctly installed.
B Check that the heat pump and/or additional heat
produces heat.
B Check the valves and pipe installation.
B Check that the installation is correctly dimensioned.
5.6.34 Low temperature T3 hot water (C)
Function: T3 shows a value lower than 45 °C for more
than 30 minutes. The temperature is set by the installer
under Hot water\Settings\Alarm setting\Alarm limit.
Heat pump: Heat pump with T3 as local sensor.
B Check that the sensor shows the correct temperature
and is correctly installed.
B Check that the heat pumps and/or internal electric
additional heat produces heat for the tank.
B Check the valves and pipe installation.
B Check that the installation is correctly dimensioned.
