Part IV: Working with BlackBerry Desktop Manager
1. Connect the Storm to your Mac.
2. On your Mac, click BlackBerry Desktop Manager on the Dock.
3. In the BlackBerry Desktop Manager screen, click the Applications icon.
4. Click the Check for Updates button (bottom left in Figure 18-8, earlier
in this chapter).
BlackBerry Desktop Manager checks online for any new versions of the
OS for your Storm. If it finds one, it downloads that update and lists it on
the Applications screen (refer to Figure 18-8).
5. Click to select the check box next to the OS in the list (BBM 5.0 in
Figure 18-8).
6. Click the Start button to start the upgrade.
