Adding An E-Mail Account - Blackberry dummies 2 Manual

We cover accessing the BIS client from the BlackBerry Storm, but just remem-
ber that you can do all these functions from a Web browser as well.
To get started with BIS client from your BlackBerry:
1. From the BlackBerry Home screen, touch-press the Setup folder.
2. Touch-press the Email Settings icon.
You are prompted with a login screen similar to Figure 7-1. If you
haven't created your account, click the Create button to create your BIS
account.

After you've logged in, you see a list of e-mail accounts that have been set up,
as shown in Figure 7-2. If you haven't set up any e-mail accounts yet, you see
an Add button. We show you how to add accounts in the next section.

Adding an e-mail account

You can set up your BIS account directly from your Storm. (As we men-
tion earlier in this chapter, you can have up to ten e-mail accounts on your
BlackBerry.) To add an e-mail account to your BlackBerry account, follow
these steps on your BlackBerry Storm:
