✓ Sync Notes: Lets you configure whether or not you want Notes included
in the sync. Choose Two Way or Do Not Sync (the default).
✓ Sync Account: If you have multiple note-keeping programs in your Mac,
this setting allows you to choose which one you want to tie the sync
into. The default is Apple Mail Notes.
✓ (Advanced Settings) Replace All Notes on This BlackBerry Device: If
you select this option, the Mac side becomes your master. Keep this
deselected unless you want a fresh start and want to copy to your Storm
all notes from your Mac.
Tasks
Clicking the Tasks link on the BlackBerry Desktop Manager screen displays
the screen shown in Figure 15-18. Note that the screen is similar to Calendar
because most of the Tasks items have associated dates and are essentially tied
to your Calendar. You can configure how your tasks are synced as follows:
✓ Sync Tasks: Choose to include Tasks in the sync (Two Way) or not (Do
Not Sync).
✓ Sync: This section applies only if you have multiple calendar applica-
tions on your Mac. You can include all calendars or choose one of those
listed. Your Storm handles the display of multiple calendar applications.
The Storm Calendar app uses different colors to indicate which calendar
an appointment belongs to.
