Options—Announcement of Estimated Waiting Time—Calculated based on (the
following time x number of calls in queue)
Specifies the method to announce the estimated wait time to calls waiting in an ICD group queue. The amount
of time announced is calculated using the time set here for each call in the queue.
Value Range
Average waiting time: The average wait time is used for calculating the announced amount of wait time.
Predefined time: A set amount of time (10–3600 s) is used for calculating the announced amount of wait time.
