interface is not enabled or has not gone up on the physical layer.
Pos2/0/0/1:0 current state: UP, Line protocol current state: UP, indicating that the interface has

passed LCP negotiation.
Pos2/0/0/1:0 current state: UP, Line protocol current state: DOWN, indicating that the interface
•
has been activated but has not passed LCP negotiation.
