The Infinity 16 has the ability to check its own operation continuously. If a fault
occcurs, an Error Message will flash on the Digital Monitor of the Remote Controls.
This assists with diagnosing thefault, and may enable you to overcome a problem
without a service call. Please quote the code displayed when enquiring about service.

In all cases, you may be able to clear the Error Message simply by turning the
hot water tap OFF, then ON again. If this does not clear the Error Message,
try pushing the loN/OFFI button OFF, then ON again. If the Error Message
still remains, contact Rinnai or your nearest service agent and arrange for a
