Broadcast transmission to pre-programmed
parties!
This feature is useful for sending the same document often to selected parties whose fax
numbers are stored in the EASY DIAL directory. First program the parties (see below) then see
page 39 for transmission.
Before programming, make sure that the desired stations have been stored in the EASY
DIAL directory (p. 22).
Programming the stations in the broadcast memory
Press DIRECTORY PROGRAM

Display:
2 Press SET .
3 Rotate
EASY DIAL
is displayed.
Example:
4 Press SET .
To program other stations, repeat steps 3
and 4 (up to 20 stations).
5 Press SET after programming all of the
desired stations.
STOP
6 Press
Note:
If you enter the wrong station, press
Confirm the stored numbers by printing a broadcast programming list (p. 88).
