If you do not run Conference Clear_all for the attended conference, the system retains the ID for
subsequent conferences and generates a CODR each time conference 25 empties. At day's
end, there are three CODRs with ID 000000001234, each with a different start time.
If the system is configured for Automatic Conference Clear, IDs are not retained for subsequent
conferences. And, Purge Mins/conf causes the system to reset conference minutes to 0 and
generate CODRs based on the purge time. When you select some CODRs, you may see two
entries for a particular conference.

Use the File Management menu options to view and print CDRs. and CODRs.

To view or print a CDR:
1. Follow instructions for printing CDRs and other files provided under the heading,
page 203 and for viewing CDRs and other files provided under the heading
page 205.
