Warranty Conditions

1. Panasonic Deutschland GmbH provides a warranty for a period of 6 months
through its specialized dealers, covering replacement parts and labor.
2. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase at the specialized
dealer's shop. Parts which prove to be defective due to improper
workmanship or material will be replaced or repaired by choice of Panasonic
Deutschland GmbH. This implies no extension of the warranty period.
Replaced parts will become property of Panasonic Deutschland GmbH. This
warranty does not give rise to any extensive legal claims, such as rehibition,
abatement or indemnification.
3. In these cases, any material will be shipped and delivered free of charge. The
eventual transportation of the unit for the purpose of repairing will take place
at the risk and expense of the sender.
4. This warranty does not apply to:
a) Loss and damage caused by the device or arising from the use of it as
well as damage due to local conditions such as improper installation, fire,
lightning, plastic parts, accessories, etc.
b) Damage due to unauthorized person's repair or alteration.
c) Devices with a removed or destroyed serial number.
d) Damage due to non-observance of the operating instructions, for example
damage due to connection to an improper line voltage or type of current,
and damage due to negligence or abuse.
e) Batteries, in the case of battery-powered devices; as well as
consequential damage due to the use of defective or out-of-date
batteries/rechargeable batteries.
f)
Loss due to a power failure or external influence.
g) Consumable parts, rechargeable batteries.
5. Warranty service will be undertaken by the specialized dealer, who can use
our service organization. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only
and is not transferable.
6. In order to obtain warranty service, you must fill out and send the certificate
of warranty, including the serial number and date of purchase, and/or send the
bill of sale, completely filled out by the dealer.
This is an additional warranty and does not affect legal or any other rights
of the consumer.
