Quick Name Search Dialing

Quick Name Search function works with the machine's Auto-dialer only. Simply by pressing the first letter of
your searching name repeatedly, the names beginning with that letter appear one by one in the LCD
display. This may be much easier and quicker to find your searching station than using One-Touch/ABBR.
Auto-dialer. This also works to find the programmed communications such as Group Dialing, Differed
Transmission and so on by name.
ATTENTION
• Stations need to be registered in the Address Book in advance. For details, refer to the Operating
Instructions (For Advanced Operations) on the provided CD-ROM.

1. If your machine sounds an alarm (pi-pi-pi) in Step 2 above, this indicates that the Dialer is Full. (More than 50 transmis-
sion job reservations have been already reserved)
2. You can search for another name starting with the same character by scrolling with the Cursor Keys (
