Adjusting the ROPS

No Parts Required
Procedure
1. Remove the hairpin cotter pins and remove the 2 pins
from the roll bar (Figure 4).

2. Raise the roll bar to the upright position and install the
2 pins and secure them with the hairpin cotter pins
(Figure 4).
Note: If you must lower the roll bar, push the bar
forward to relieve pressure on the pins, remove the
pins, lower the bar slowly, and secure it with the pins so
that it does not damage the hood.

Installing the Left Rear Tire
(Model 30464TC and 30363TC
Only)
Parts needed for this procedure:

Tire
Procedure
1. Support the left rear of the machine with jack stands.
2. Remove the lug nuts from the tire mounting studs.
3. Pull the crate and bracket off the wheel hub.
4. Install the rear tire onto the hub and secure it using the
lug nuts previously removed.
5. Torque the lug nuts to 102 to 108 N-m (75 to 80 ft-lb).

Checking the Tire Pressure

No Parts Required
Procedure
The tires are over inflated for shipping. Therefore, release
some of the air to reduce the pressure. The correct air
pressure is 103 kPa (15 psi) in the rear tires and 172 kPa (25
psi) in the caster wheels.
