Description
Specify the document name, subject, From ad-
dress and message body for sending e-mail mes-
sages.
Specify the e-mail address where notifications of
completion of the job are to be sent.
Description
Print the document with the date/time, page
number or a stamp added.
Settings can be specified to print a document
when it is sent. In addition, various settings can be
specified when printing.
The format of previously added text or distribution
numbers can be changed.
In the Annotation User Box screen, select the document to be sent.
