Special Beverages Menu for Dispensing Other Beverages

The menu allows you to dispense other beverages according to your
personal taste.
The procedure for brewing a strong coff ee is shown as an example.
Note:
Follow the same steps to dispense the other beverages of the menu. Only
when you are dispensing a "Flat white" you need to prepare the machine as
for brewing a Cappuccino.

Place 1 cup under the coff ee dispensing spout.
2 Press the " " button to access the "SPECIAL BEVERAGES" menu.
3 Select the beverage by pressing the "
"RISTRETTO" option.
4 Press the " " button to start brewing.
5 Coff ee brewing automatically stops when the preset level is reached.
However, you can stop it earlier by pressing press the "Special Bever-
ages" " " button again.
