How to Replace the Filter

Press the " " button to access the machine main menu.
Press the " " button to select "AQUACLEAN FILTER".
Press " " to confi rm.

The display shows the number of AquaClean fi lters previously installed,
from 0 to 8.
The display asks you if you wish to activate a new fi lter.
Press the " " button to confi rm.
3 Follow the instructions shown on the display to install a new fi lter, fi ll
the water tank and insert the hot water dispensing spout.
Press the " " button to confi rm each step.
4 A bar showing the fi lter activation progress status is displayed on the
fi lter activation screen.

When the operations described above have been completed, the
machine shows this display. The 100% AquaClean icon appears on the
machine-ready screen to indicate that the fi lter has been activated.
Caution:
If the fi lter used is the last one of the 8-fi lter series, the machine will
ask for descaling before activating a new fi lter. Refer to the chapter
relating to machine descaling.
