suggest to charge the battery with the instrument turned off, to
reduce the power consumption.
1.
Install the battery pack.

2.
Connect the FR-8x to the PSB-14U AC adaptor.

3.
Press and hold the [CHARGE] button until the button
lights red steady.
4.
When the battery is fully charged the [CHARGE] button
lights green.
The button will remain lit green for a few minutes, then it turns off .
5.
At the first power on, the FR-8x shows a message to
indicate that the battery has been charged.

Push the [DATA/ENTER] knob to indicate that you have
read the message.
Charge the Battery Pack Powering On the FR-8x
In the following example we will charge the battery powering on
the FR-8x.
NOTE
If you don't need to play FR-8x while charging the battery, we
suggest to charge the battery with the instrument turned off, to
reduce the power consumption.

Install the battery pack.

3.
Switch on the FR-8x.

Press and hold the [CHARGE] button until the button

When the Battery Pack has to be charged

You need to charge the battery pack the first time that you use it
and whenever the battery pack is low.
