Accessing Dropbox on your Device
1. From a Home screen, tap

2. Tap Sign in, enter your current account credentials, and tap Sign in.
– or –
Tap Sign Up and follow the on‑screen instructions to register for a new account.
3. Follow the on‑screen instructions.
4. Initially, you will need to configure your Camera Upload parameters. Choose from Wi‑Fi only or Wi‑Fi or
data plan.
● Tap Turn on Camera Upload after making your selection.
Caution! Enabling this feature can incur data charges (depending on your plan) if the Wi-Fi or data plan is
selected.
5. Tap
Access Dropbox at the top of the application window to access the files and folders you are
currently sharing from your computer.

Drive

Use the Google Drive app to open, view, rename, and share your Google Docs and files.
1. From a Home screen, tap

2. Sign in to your Google account. A product tour displays the first time you access Drive. For more
information, refer to "Setting Up Your Gmail Account" on page 22.
3. Tap Next to view the product tour or tap Go to Drive to get started.
Menu g Product Tour to repeat the product tour at any time.
Tip: Tap
4. Follow the onscreen instructions to use Drive.
5. Tap
Menu g Settings to configure your Drive preferences.
6. Tap
Menu g Help to display additional help information.

Email

Email enables you to review and create email using most email services. The device alerts you when you receive
an email message. For more information, refer to "Email" on page 21.

Evernote

This application allows you to easily remind yourself of things across all of your current devices. Evernote lets
you create to‑do lists, take pictures, record voice memos, and write reminders to yourself. These notes are both
accessible and searchable from any location that is accessible by your device.

2. Tap either CREATE ACCOUNT or SIGN IN and follow the on‑screen instructions.

Flipboard

Create a personalized digital magazine out of everything being shared with you. Access news stories, personal
feeds and other related material. Flip through your Facebook newsfeed, tweets from your Twitter account, photos
from friends, and much more.

Gallery

Using the Gallery application, you can view pictures and watch videos that you've taken with your device's camera,
downloaded, or copied to an optional memory card (not included).
For pictures stored on an optional memory card, you can do basic editing such as rotating and cropping. You can
also set a picture as your contact picture or wallpaper and share pictures with your friends.
While viewing pictures in the Gallery, scroll up the screen to view more albums. Simply tap an album to view the
photos or videos in that album.
If you have pictures or videos stored on an optional memory card (not included), they will be display folders they
are stored in, and folders are treated as albums. The actual folder names will be used as the album names. If you
have downloaded any photos and videos, these will be placed in the All downloads album.

2. Browse files stored in your phone's memory, or on an optional installed memory card (not included). From
the main Gallery screen, you have these options:
● Tap the menu in the toolbar to display files by Albums, All, Time, Locations, People, or Favorites.
● Tap a picture or video to display it in full screen view.
● Touch and hold thumbnails to select them (indicated by a check mark).
● Tap
to create a New album. Give the album a name, and then select and drag thumbnails to the album
to move or copy files to the new album.
● Tap
to launch the Camera app.
● Tap

for Gallery options. Options may vary depending on the view:
— Select album/Select item: Depending on the view, tap albums or items to select them. After selection, you

again for options you can use with the selected item.
— Slideshow: Choose options to create a slideshow for viewing your pictures and videos.
— Contents to display: Sort on‑screen items.
— Scan for nearby devices: Scan for Wi‑Fi devices to share photos and videos.
— Settings: Selects the contetn location that will be sorted.
— Help: Get help using Gallery.
View Photos and Videos
After selecting an album from the Albums tab, you can browse the photos and videos of that album. Tap a photo or
video to view it fullscreen.
1. From a Home screen, tap

2. Touch a thumbnail to view the photo or video. While viewing, you can use these options:
● Select device: Send the photo or video to a nearby device.
● Share via: Choose an option for sharing the photo or video.
● Trim: Remove the beginning and ending frames of a video.
● Delete: Delete the photo or video.
● Camera: Launch the Camera app.

Menu for more options. Options may vary according to item being
