Installing the Back Cover
To install the computer's back cover, follow the steps below and refer to Figure 4-8.
1. Set the back cover in place and press to secure the seven latches (Figure 4-8). Be
sure to carefully fit the cover over the battery terminal.
2. Make sure the guide tubes are aligned and seated, then secure the four M2.5x30
screws and M2.5x10 screw (Figure 4-8).
3. Install the HDD, optional PCMCIA card, optional memory card, and battery pack
as described in sections 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, and 4.5.
NOTE: When installing the cover, you will need to press in the eject button of the
optional PCMCIA card 2.
