• Set Call Forwards
Use the following procedure to set call forwarding:
o Press the Services key and press the Setup softkey.
o Now select Config and Lines.
o Use the Up/Down navigation keys to scroll and Select the line on
which you wish to set call forwarding.
o Further select Forwd softkey, enter the number you want your calls to
get forwarded to and press Save.
o Choose amongst Cfu (call forward unconditional), Cfb (call forward
when busy) or Cfna (call forward when not available) softkey options
and confirm by selecting Yes or No.
o Your chosen option (Cfu, Cfb or Cfna) now appears next to the
respective line key icon, showing that the line is in call forwarding
mode.
o When you select Cfna, you can also select the duration of time before
which the call is forwarded, 20, 40 or 60 seconds (default is 20
seconds).
• Cancel Call Forwards
Use the following procedure to cancel call forwarding:
o Press the Services key and select Setup softkey.
o Now Select Config, followed by the Lines softkey.
o Use the Up/Down navigation keys to scroll and Select the line for
which you wish to cancel call forwarding.
o Now select Forwd and press Save softkey on the '"forward to" option
(the previously entered "forward to" number is of no consequence),
and select None to cancel call forward.
Or, select Forwd and press Clear softkey, thereby making the "forward
to" number blank, and then press Save softkey. Further confirm your
selection by pressing Yes or No.
o Note that when you cancel call forwarding on a line, the display name
automatically gets restored next to that line key icon.
