Click [LOGIN] at the top left of the screen.
- The log-in screen will be displayed.

Click [SERVICE] in the "User ID" box and input
the service privilege password in the "Password"
box.

- The input password will be displayed as a series of
asterisks (*) or dots (•) in place of the actual
characters input.
(The password display format depends on the PC
used.)
- The password is fixed as "5678" and cannot be
changed.

Click the [OK] button.
- The top page of the service mode Web
maintenance tool will be displayed.

Click the [Backup] bottom of the "Service Setup"
column in the menu frame at the left side of the
screen..
- "Backup" will be displayed in the operation/setting
frame.

Click the [OK] button.
- The file download icon will be displayed.
