The battery cannot be charged; the charge indicator
flashes.
Check the connections between the headphones, the micro-USB cable, and the
computer.
Use the micro-USB cable supplied with the system.
There is something wrong with the rechargeable battery. Consult your nearest Sony
dealer.
Charge the battery in an ambient temperature range of between 5 °C and 35 °C (between
41 °F and 95 °F).
Make sure that the computer is turned on, and does not turn to standby mode.
Do not use a USB hub.
When you cannot charge the headphones with a computer, use an AC-UD11 USB
Charging AC Power Adaptor (sold separately).

No signal is output from the TV (OPT) OUT (THROUGH) jack of the processor.
