Knife to needle clearance

Requirement
The distance between the front edge of the knife 1 and the needle should be 4 mm.

On needle-feed machines set the stitch length to ÑOì.
Position the needle bar at BDC.
Align knife 1 (screw 2) in accordance with the requirement making sure that the right
edge of the knife does not protrude over the right edge of the thread catcher.
