Basic position of the machine

Switch on the machine.
Press the TE/Speed key twice to enter the parameter input function.

The status text "TE" appears on the display and the pedal functions are blocked, to avoid
the machine starting accidentally.
Select mechanic level „B", see Chapter 12.07.02 Selecting the user level.

By pressing the corresponding +/- key, call up parameter "700".
Turn the balance wheel in the direction of sewing until the tip of the needle is level with
the top edge of the needle plate.
Conclude the input.
Switch off the machine.
