Attention: When you handle static-sensitive devices, take precautions to avoid
damage from static electricity. For details on handling these devices, see "Handling

1. Read the information in "Preinstallation steps (all bays)" on page 40 and "Safety

Installing memory modules

Adding memory to your server is an easy way to make programs run faster. You can
increase the amount of memory in your server by installing options called memory
modules. Your server uses a noninterleaved memory configuration.
