Power Source has failed; ensure the power source is available and connected to

6.2.2 Fiber Inputs

The system has two fiber inputs (A and B) and one of these will always be the master (primary)
input. The master input will always display a solid green indication on the front panel when the
reference signal from the ATS-6501 is being used to steer the internal clock and a solid red when
the signal is lost. The redundant input will flash green/red (on 1 second/off 3 seconds) when the
reference signal from the ATS-6501 is present. The redundant input will also be red when the
reference signal is lost.
