7-1. 110 Volt Receptacles

Receptacles supply 50 Hz single-phase
power with Engine Speed switch in 50
Hz/20-300A (1500 rpm) position (see Sec-
tion 6-1).
Maximum output from RC11 is 3.5 kVA/kW.
Maximum output from RC12 or RC13 is 1.8
kVA/kW.
Maximum combined output of all recep-
tacles is 7 kVA/kW.

Supplementary protector CB5 protects re-
ceptacle RC12 from overload. CB6 pro-
tects RC13 from overload. If a supplemen-
tary protector opens, the receptacle does
not work. Place supplementary protector
switch in the On position to reset breaker.

Circuit Breaker Test Button
ELCB1 protects RC12 and RC13 from
Earth leakage fault. ELCB2 protects RC11
from overload and Earth leakage fault. If ei-

ther circuit breaker opens the correspond-
ing receptacle does not work. Place circuit
breaker switch in the On position to reset
breaker.

At least once a month, run engine at
weld/power speed and press test but-
tons to verify ELCB1 and ELCB2 are
working properly.

If a circuit protector continues to open,
contact Factory Authorized Service
Agent.

Generator power decreases as weld
output increases.
