9.8.3 Replacing the toothed belt

Remove the cover, model 1
1 Toothed belt cover
2 Fastening screws

Unscrew locking screws.

Remove the cover from the toothed belt.
Remove the cover, model 2
1 Toothed belt cover
2 Fastening screws

Unscrew locking screws.

Remove the cover from the toothed belt.
1 Drive pinion, brush motor
2 Gear belt
3 Toothed belt tension pulley
4 Drive pinion, brush rollers

Loosen the tension roller.

Remove the toothed belt.
Installation in reverse order
Note
The toothed belt must be tensioned enough to deflect
by approx. 3 mm on the longest toothed belt side.
