Safety instructions

The machine has been approved for use on surfaces
with gradients of up to 10%.
The machine may only be used when the fresh water
reservoir has been tilted forward, secured with the
lockscrew and all the lids are closed.

3.1 Hazard levels

Danger
Immediate danger that can cause severe injury or
even death.
Warning
Possible hazardous situation that could lead to se-
vere injury or even death.
Caution
Possible hazardous situation that could lead to mild
injury to persons or damage to property.

3.2 General notes on safety

Danger

If the appliance must be started up for mainte-
nance procedures, a second person must be
present for safety reasons.
After completing the maintenace work, check all
safety devices for correct installation and proper
function.

Technical Features

The appliance is used for the wet cleaning or polish-
ing of level floors and to pick up aqueous solutions.
It allows the fatigue reduced cleaning of medium to
large surfaces during high productivity.

4.1 General

The appliance is the successor of the BR/BD 530.
These instructions differentiate between 2 appli-
ance models:
Model 1: Appliance with foot pedal in the rear to
unfold the transport roller.
Model 2: Appliance with lifting handle on the
wastewater reservoir, transport roller is unfolded
directly.
