Allows or prohibits the Subscriber to utilize the
Callback Number Entry feature.

After message recording, the VPS will
ask the caller if the message is urgent.
If specified as urgent, the VPS will ask
(None)
the caller to enter his callback number.
Without: Without message recording, the VPS
will ask the caller to enter his callback
number.

include the callback number entry code "X".

not enter his callback number, System Callback
No. will be displayed on the beeper's display.
