System Manager
Occasionally, a Subscriber may ask you to delete his mail-
box because it is no longer needed. This is one of your
tasks as System Manager. All you need to carry out the
request is the mailbox number.
See Deleting a Mailbox in Chapter 4.
If the mailbox that you wish to delete is being used, the ac-
tion is canceled with the prompt "Sorry, cannot delete the
mailbox now".

Step 6 –
You can keep the mailbox by pressing [2].
If a Subscriber does happen to forget it, you can erase the
current password. This will allow the Subscriber to set a
new one. See Resetting a Mailbox Password in Chapter
4.
