• Display during Self-Diagnostic Func-
tion operation
During the self-diagnostic function operation, the menu list
described in the section of the startup screen appears on
the TV screen and the function at work is indicated on the
FL display. The contents displayed during the function op-
eration are described later in the section on details of func-
tions.
• Operation procedure of Main menu and
Sub-menu
There are 21 main menu items, each of which has some
sub-menu items.
Main menu selection
Select the main menu by using the UP/DOWN "
verse) " " (Forward) key of the remote control.
Sub-menu selection
Select the sub-menu by using the LEFT/RIGHT "
(Reverse) " " (Forward) keys.
• Functions in Self-Diagnostic Function
mode
In addition to the self-diagnostic function items, functions
as listed below are available.
• Input selection
• Muting
• Level adjustment
• Power on/off
• Master volume
* Functions related to the set menu are not available.
• Initial settings used to start Self-Diag-
nostic Function
The following initial settings are used when starting self-
diagnostic function.
When self-diagnostic function is canceled, these settings
are restored to those before starting self-diagnostic func-
tion.
• Master volume: 30 (-40dB)
• Input: TV/STB
• Effect level: 0dB
• Audio mute: OFF
• Main menu: DSP THR ALL

メインメニューの選択
● ダイアグ動作中の表示
ダイアグ動作中、モニター画面には起動画面の項で説明し
たメニュー一覧が表示されます。本機のFLディスプレイに
は動作中の機能が表示されます。機能動作中の表示内容に
ついては、後述の機能詳細で記述します。
● メインメニューとサブメニューの操作
ダイアグにはNo. 1∼21のメニューがあり、そのそれぞれ
にサブメニューがあります。

● ダイアグ中の機能
ダイアグP、ダイアグの他に以下の機能が動作します。
・ インプット切り換え
・ ミューティング
・ レベル調整
・ 電源オン／オフ
・ マスターボリューム
※ セットメニュー関連は機能しません。
● ダイアグ開始時の初期設定
ダイアグ開始時に以下のような設定になります。ダイアグ
解除時にはダイアグ開始前の状態に戻ります。
・ マスターボリューム：30 （ -40dB）
・ インプット：テレビ／チューナー
・ エフェクトレベル：0dB
・ オーディオミュート：オフ
・ メインメニュー：DSP THR ALL
