! In particular cases special protection measures may be required.
Interference can be reduced by following these suggestions:
If there is interference in the power source line, an E.M.T. fi lter can be mounted between the power supply and the power source;
The output cables of the power source should be not too uch long, kept together and connected to ground;
After the maintenance all the panels of the power source must be securely fastened in place.

PROTECTIVE WELDING GASES
Shielding gas cylinders contain gas under high pressure. If damaged, a cylinder can explode. Treat them carefully.
These welders use only inert or non-fl ammable gases for welding arc protection. It is important to choose the appropriate gas for the type of
welding being performed;
Do not use gas from unidentifi ed cylinders or damaged cylinders;
Do not connnect the cylinder directly to the welder, use a pressure regulator;
Make sure the pressure regulator and the gauges function properly;
Do not lubrifi cate the regulator with oil or grease;
Each regulator is designed for use with a specifi c gas. Make sure the regulator is designed for the protective gas being used.;
Make sure that the cylinder is safely secured tightly to the welder with the chain provided.
Never expose cylinders to excessive heat, sparks, slag or fl ame;
Make sure that the gas hose is in good condition;
Keep the gas hose away from the working area.
2.0 INTRODUCTION TO THE SYNERGIC PRIMA MIG 210
The generator SYNERGIC PRIMA MIG features synergistic control which enables all problems of regulating welding parameters (choice of material to
be welded, diameter of wire and type of gas) to be solved in a completely automatic way.
This allows even welders with very little experience to obtain good cosmetic results right from the start. A potentiometer is also provided which allows the
speed to be adjusted (fi ne regulation), so that a perfect weld can be produced. Besides the standard welding torch supplied with the unit it is possible to
use also the Spool Gun torch.

1 - Main ON/OFF switch.
this green switch will light up when you switch on the welder.
2 – Welding Voltage Selector Switch : 8 positions
3 - Auxiliary circuit protection fuse (Fuse 1A)
4 – Welding "mode" Selector Key. Through this key you may adjust the following types of welding:
2T - 2 time welding mode= manual
4T - 4 time welding mode= automatic
2T-R - like 2 time mode, with motor slope up set on zero.
PULSED - pulsed welding with pulsation time adjustment
5 - Pulsation time adjustment knob
6 –Wire Speed Balancer (±20% regulation)
Before starting to weld make sure that the red led over the knob is lit. This means that the balance knob is positioned on zero.
7-Material Selector Key
Press this key to select the desired type of material to weld:
Fe - Iron
INOX
AL - Aluminium
CuSi - Copper-Silicon Alloy
8- Selector key of weld wire diameter
Press this key to select the desired weld wire diameter:
0,6 - 0,8 1,0 - 1,2 mm
