Just had the heater core replaced under warranty. Ran for the first time and the 4 vents in the back has no air coming out. Would you know why?

The document does not provide specific details on troubleshooting heater core replacement issues in a TYM T1054. However, possible reasons for no air coming out of the back vents after replacing the heater core could include:
1. Airlock in the Cooling System – If air is trapped in the system, coolant may not circulate properly. Bleeding the system by running the engine with the heater on and topping off coolant may help. 2. Heater Cock Position – Ensure the heater cock is set to the Open position to allow coolant to flow. 3. Blocked or Disconnected Vents – Check if the vents were reconnected correctly after the heater core replacement. 4. Blower Motor Issue – Verify if the blower motor is functioning properly and delivering air to the vents. 5. Clogged Radiator or Heater Core – Ensure the heater core and coolant passages are not blocked.
If the issue persists, further inspection of the ventilation system and coolant flow may be required.

Need help?
Do you have a question about the T1054 and is the answer not in the manual?
Questions and answers
