Transporting/Storage

1. Disconnect detergent connection (if equipped).
2. Turn on the machine for a few seconds and press the spray gun trigger to release pressure until
the water which had remained in the pump exits, turn off immediately.
3. Disconnect all water connections.
4. Do not allow high pressure hose to become kinked.
5. Store the machine and accessories in a room which does not reach freezing temperatures or
near regular heat sources as it may dry the pump seals.
6. We recommend for storage greater than 90 days that all fuel is drained from your machine.

SOLUTION
Fill engine with oil
Turn switch to "ON"
Squeeze trigger while starting
Clean Nozzle
Clean the bypass valve
Open / connect water supply
Thaw out unit completely including
hose, gun and wand.
Provide a minimum of 15lpm at 20psi
Clean screen
Straighten garden hose
Replace nozzle
Let it run with gun open and wand
removed until steady stream of
water is released.
Set to maximum position
Clean strainer
Clean the bypass valve
Push firmly into injector
Replace tube
Switch to low pressure nozzle
Turn collar counter clockwise
Clean strainer
Clean Nozzle
Dissolve by running warm water
Release safety lock
Change oil more frequently
Change the oil seals
Change the bearing
Check inlet lines for restrictions and/or
proper sizing
Check system for stoppages, air leaks,
correctly sized inlet plumbing to
pump
Check inlet lines for restrictions and/or
proper sizing
Use recommended oil
Adjust oil level to proper amount
