SIM Card

In order to use the Iridium Extreme® PTT device for Phone Mode services,
you will need a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card from your service
provider. The SIM card contains your service details and memory for
storing phone book entries and messages. A SIM card is not required to
operate within the PTT Mode of the handset (although activation of PTT
services is required).
In order to use the SIM card, it must be removed from the SIM card sleeve
and installed in your device with the gold contact oriented correctly in the
SIM card holder.

Important: Do not bend or scratch your SIM card, and avoid exposing your
card to static electricity, water or dirt.
