• Scan Period: Defines how long each active talkgroup is sampled when
in Scan State. The choices are 5 (factory default), 10 and
15 seconds.
• Distance Format: Designates the unit of measure used for location
sharing. The options are Miles or Kilometers (factory default).
• Auto Keypad Lock: Locks the keypad automatically after 35 seconds.
The options are Enabled or Disabled (factory default). See p.217 for
details.
• Vibrate: Activates a short vibration notification upon transitioning from
IDLE to a LISTENING state. This feature is designed to assist in reducing
missed calls when audio is routed to a wired headset or the built-in
Receiver. The options are Enabled or Disabled (factory default).
