and performance; all other warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. In no event shall Innovative Sleep Solutions, LLC or its affiliates be
liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict
liability, or otherwise. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, and so the above limitations
